Founder member of the college and his Vision:
Sri Gyan Chand Sharma Educational Society Meerut (U.P.) was established in 11-06-2002. The founder member of this society was Late Sri Jagdish Chand Sharma. He was genius, sensitive freedom fighter and always wants to do for weaker section of the society. He was a good poet and writer and wrote various famous books. " Jiwan ka satya"( Most popular books). He takes active participation in freedom of nation during freedom movement. Today, this society governs D.Ed. and B.Ed. courses.
The vision of Late Sri Jadish Chandra Sharma was to open schools for poor section and educates them. He inaugurated and contributed in the opening of one children school name “Bakhtawar Singh Junior High school" Kausal puri area Meerut and one Inter College name "Muralipur Inter College" Garh Road Meerut. But his grand vision was completed after opening of D.Ed. and B.Ed. training courses by his son Sri Narendra Kumar Sharma on the inspiration of kind and good humanities Shri Babu Ram Sharma (Ex. Deputy Registrar and In charge HOD of Ph.D. Section, Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, U.P.)
He always was thinking about poor and socially backward people and how to make them in the main stream of society always imparting by quality education and training programmes.
His Vision becomes true by opening of Sanskar Vidya Bharti. As the name of " Sanskar" attached with college name, this institute always try to made students with full of Sanskari The other renowned personality Sri Shyam Sunder Sharma (Ex-Higher Education minister U.P., 2000-2005) , and Dr. A.C. Sharma (HOD Department of Education D.J.(P.G) Degree College, Baraut Bagpat, U.P.) always inspired and helped to set up many mile stone in the field of Teaching- Learning programmers and also catalyzes to providing quality based education with co-curricular activities for the students which make all round development.
